Served with garam mattra ragda or kabuli chana stuffing and varieties of water — imly khata, imly meetha and hing ka pani.

PAV BHAJI

From the streets of Mumbai — thick vegetable curry served with freshly baked pao, butter, pyaaz and mint chutney.

MISAL PAV

Spicy sprout curry with farsan mixed in, decorated with slice of lemon and onion-coriander sprinkled on it.

VADA PAO

Deep-fried potato dumpling placed inside a soft bread bun, accompanied with chutneys and a green chili pepper.

DABELI

Spicy, sweet, tangy potato filling prepared with dabeli masala, pressed into pav with toppings of sev, peanuts, pomegranate seeds, onion and coriander leaves.

RAGDA PATTICE

Pan-fried potato patties topped with ragda (dried peas curry) and the various chaat chutneys, sev, spice powders, onions and sev.

BHEL PURI / SEV PAPDI

A delicious mixture of puffed rice, sev, tomato, potato, onion and sweet-sour-spicy chutneys.

PANKI

Fermented rice flour pancake cooked between banana leaves, served with two types of chutney and pickled green chilli.
